It can be hard to make BUSINESS GOALS exciting.

But I’m deeply interested in people—their emotions, desires, fears, and motivations— and people are usually a little WEIRD AND very INTERESTING.

I have 18 years of experience in research, strategy, experience design, usability, and visual design. I’ve designed online and in-person experiences and have studied hundreds of people. Whether they’re talking about bank accounts or bra frustrations, I love hearing what people have to say and I love coming up with creative solutions to their problems.
